IAdeaCare to Debut at ISE 2018 Device Intelligence and Management Service Beta Version Now Available
TAIPEI, Taiwan; IRVINE, U.S.A., February 5, 2018 – IAdea, leader in digital signage media players, smart signboards and video wall technology, announces today the availability of IAdeaCare beta version. IAdeaCare is a device intelligence and management service that helps ensure digital signage deployment runs reliably as planned. IAdeaCare enables businesses to combine the wealth of real-time tracking and monitoring data now available to proactively predict, prioritize and act on potential breakdown.
IAdeaCare beta version allows for firmware update, configuration and trouble-shooting activities to take place remotely. Other default features include the ability to monitor as well as predict how healthy the digital signage system is. IAdea is expected to roll out the API for integration with content management solutions as of 2018 Q2.
The target users of IAdeaCare are technicians on the IT or Audio-Visual (AV) teams within enterprises of all sizes. Benefits for the users include:
