EasySignage Launches Redesigned Platform with New UI, Enterprise Security and AI Assistant Integration
EasySignage has released a ground-up platform redesign featuring a new dashboard, SSO and MFA enforcement, data residency across 11 regions, an open API, AI assistant integration via MCP, dynamic templates with POS connectivity, and three new subscription plans.

A Complete Platform Redesign
EasySignage, a cloud-based digital signage platform, has launched a full redesign of its platform. The update introduces a new app shell, an insight-driven dashboard, searchable settings, pinnable favourites, grid and list views, and a mobile bottom navigation bar.
The redesign is built to reduce the number of clicks needed for everyday tasks. Users can now pin their most-used items for quick access, search settings directly instead of navigating menus, and switch between grid and list views across the platform.
Enterprise-Grade Security Features
The update adds two security capabilities aimed at enterprise and multi-user deployments:
- Single sign-on (SSO): Sign in through an existing identity provider via SAML 2.0 or OIDC. The setup supports metadata upload, DNS domain verification and optional enforcement that blocks password logins for verified domains.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA): Two-factor authentication with any authenticator app. Account administrators can require MFA across every sub-user on the account.
Open API, AI Assistants and Zapier Integration
EasySignage now offers a public REST API with support for up to 10 scoped API keys. Each key can be granted read or write access per resource, covering displays, playlists, media, schedules, folders, zones, sync groups and channels.
The platform also introduces MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, allowing users to connect their EasySignage account to AI assistants including Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Users can manage displays, playlists, media and schedules through natural language, with a consent screen that controls what the assistant can access.
Two published Zapier apps connect EasySignage to thousands of other tools, with an OAuth consent flow that separates view-only from full-management access.
Dynamic Templates with POS and Data Integration
Dynamic Templates let users bind any design to live data through a new Data Hub. Supported data sources include Square and Oracle Simphony for POS, Google Sheets, and any JSON API with custom headers, authentication, refresh intervals and a visual field explorer.
This means digital menu boards, pricing displays and promotional screens can update automatically as products, prices or inventory change in connected systems.
Expanded Content Support
The platform now supports direct upload of PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX, ODP, ODT and RTF files. Each page or slide is automatically converted into playable screen content.
An Instagram integration pulls feeds onto screens with six ready-made layouts, including Insta Panel, media-only and full-screen crop options. Users can also upload a ZIP of a self-contained HTML5 app or creative and play it fully offline on the screen.
Three New Plans
EasySignage has introduced three new subscription plans: Basic, Premium and Enterprise, alongside its existing Free plan. A feature matrix gates more than 60 modules, capabilities and apps per tier, plus a self-serve onboarding wizard that starts a free trial of the top plan.
