EasySignage Achieves ISO/IEC 27001 Certification and SOC 2 Attestation

Cloud digital signage platform EasySignage has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and is now SOC 2® attested, giving customers and partners independent assurance over how the platform protects their content, accounts and screen networks.

EasySignage, the cloud-based digital signage platform operated by Beetek Pty Ltd, today announced two independent security milestones. The company's information security management system (ISMS) is now certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and EasySignage is now SOC 2® (System and Organisation Controls 2) attested for its controls relevant to security, availability and confidentiality.

Both engagements were performed by independent audit firm Sensiba.

Two Independent Security Milestones

1. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification:

Sensiba Australia Pty Ltd, an accredited certification body, certified the EasySignage ISMS on 30 October 2026. The certification covers the ISMS that supports the delivery of the EasySignage cloud-based digital signage platform, including its development, operation, and support. It is valid until 30 October 2029, subject to ongoing surveillance audits.

2. SOC 2 attestation:

Sensiba LLP performed the SOC 2 attestation, which covers the EasySignage Software as a Service system against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. As of 20 October 2026, it addresses the design of the controls EasySignage uses to protect customer data and keep its platform available.

Move through security reviews faster by requesting the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate and SOC 2 attestation report instead of starting from a long questionnaire.
Rely on independent assurance over how EasySignage manages security risk, access, monitoring, incident response and recovery.

Availability of Security Documents

The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate is available on request. The SOC 2 attestation report is available to customers, prospective customers and partners under a non-disclosure agreement. Both can be requested through the EasySignage Security page at easysignage.com/security .
