Frame OOH, formerly Harkey Media, has launched as an independent national out-of-home platform and is expanding in New York and Chicago.
Frame OOH has acquired 9 Times Square in New York City, and entered the Chicago market with the purchase of digital outdoor advertising inventory, according to a press release.
"We've spent the last several years building the assets, markets and team. Frame is the brand for where we're going next. We want to own great frames in great markets and give brands a powerful way to show up in the real world," Scott Harkey, CEO of Frame OOH, said in the release.
The Phoenix-founded company now operates in 11 U.S. markets. The relaunch of 9 Times Square features a new 27 foot x 66 foot full motion screen. The Chicago market entrance was marked by the acquisition of four 20 foot x 60 foot digital bulletins on the Tri-State I-294 freeway and two static wallscapes.
The company has also opened a New York City office.
"Frame OOH represents the next chapter of our company," Matt Molina, president of Frame OOH, said in the relesae. "We've built a strong presence across major U.S. markets and see significant opportunity ahead as we continue acquiring, developing and investing in premium OOH assets nationwide."
