UAE retailer Adnoc Distribution partners with Etisalat for digital signage

Adnoc Distribution, a fuel and convenience retailer in the United Arab Emirates, has partnered with Etisalat Digital for a cloud-based digital signage advertising network. The company will deliver displays and a cloud based content management system to 100 Adnoc locations, according to a report by Trade Arabia.

Adnoc holds approximately 67 percent of the market share of retail fuel stations in the UAE. It plans to use this digital signage to provide better information and promotions to its customers.

"Today, digital marketing is taking over and disrupting traditional marketing channels. We are very pleased to be moving forward with this agreement with Adnoc Distribution, which represents a major milestone for digital advertising in the UAE. Adnoc Distribution will now be able to manage their content, address internal requirements, and secure content across its sites with Etisalat Digital's cloud and digital signage solutions," Salvadora Anglada, chief business officer, Etisalat, said in the release.
