Ticketing company, digital signage group tap BuddyBuy social media incentives platform

Two new clients — the Tickethour Group and BrandScreen Interactive — have turned to the BuddyBuy social media incentives platform to create and deliver promotional campaigns through channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn.

BrandScreen Interactive is a joint initiative of Inqubative, which specializes in new media video architecture, and its digital signage partners. The Tickethour Group provides ticketing solutions in the sports, leisure and events industry in the United States, Greece, the United Kingdom, Norway, Qatar, Cyprus and the Netherlands.

In a news release, both companies said BuddyBuy can quickly spread their promotional, marketing and sales initiatives and deliver better conversion rates than traditional methods. BuddyBuy data enhances their understanding of key customers and their respective social networks, the companies said, and helps them analyze relevance to deploy them as a brand advocates.

"With BuddyBuy, promotions are easy to create, and the results are clearly measurable," Stefanos Kakarantzas, Tickethour Group chief executive officer and partner, said in the release. "BuddyBuy can support the promotion of events through social media in a quick and effective way in countries where Tickethour is active. A big advantage is that BuddyBuy is widely available through various social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+, but also supports traditional interaction such as email."

The new link with BuddyBuy is important to BrandScreen Interactive, spokesman John Goedegebuure said, "because we can now provide our business customers with additional promotional capability easily and facilitate their return on investment significantly. Thanks to the various applications that BrandScreen Interactive provides, the consumer brand experience can be expanded both in time and location. Our digital displays are therefore the de facto start of the 'customer journey.' Multiple online-offline strategies and campaigns can be developed, and because of the integration with BuddyBuy, we are able to further support and expand brand interaction through social media."
