Subway delivers a fresh customer experience with digital menu boards, kiosks
Subway is launching a new 'Fresh Forward' design to transform the customer experience. This design will feature a new color palette, kiosks, menu boards and more, according to a press release.
The restaurant will offer self-order kiosks, digital menu boards, Apple and Samsung Pay and a designated pre-order pickup location. The design will also feature USB charging ports, Wi-Fi and new items such as pico de gallo, sauces, gluten-free bread and house-made pickles.
Subway has rolled out its design to 12 pilot locations in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
"We've created a modern design that gives our guests choices — from how they order, to how they pick up their food, to how they enjoy their meal," said Trevor Haynes, vice president of operations at Subway, in the release. "The reactions from our guests, our franchisees and the sandwich artists has been incredibly positive."
