Shuttle to bring analytics to digital signage players through Quividi partnership
Shuttle, a digital signage company, has teamed up with Quividi to integrate its audience analytics solution with digital signage media players. Quividi's solution offers computer vision technology through a camera, which identifies key demographical and emotional information from audiences, according to a press release.
The companies will integrate the analytics solution into Shuttle's DH110 media player, which can offer 4K content to two displays via HDMI. This solution will be able to identify users based on age, gender, mood and other factors such as whether they have a beard or are wearing glasses. It will also be able to measure the number of users passing by the display, according to the release.
"Quividi provides digital signage networks with unique audience analytics, helping them optimize their communication and customer engagement," Andy Cheng, vice president of sales, Shuttle, said in the release. "The combination of Quividi’s affordable and easy-to- deploy audience measurement software with Shuttle strong processing performance XPC makes for a highly valuable offering to digital signage applications."
