Our last few posts have spoken mainly about the products, services, and, most importantly, solutions that AOPEN can provide for our clients and partners. We'll focus on why many of our customers like to work with AOPEN America instead of focusing on hardware. There's a reason we've been in business for over 25 years!

Now, let's go below the surface and focus on what matters; our team!

Our sales team consists of a group of consultants that treat every opportunity, project, client, and partner with equal importance. Many companies provide what the customer is asking, which is OK on a certain level. But from AOPEN's perspective, the start of the initial conversation is an opportunity to develop the relationship on the right step, resulting in a trust that can last as long as our devices (spoiler alert: it's a long time!).

 

Cross-functional problem solving is a methodology that is second nature within the AOPEN walls. With many ongoing parts in constant motion, virtually all teams of AOPEN are in a continuous conversation. From logistics determining lead times and availability, business units collaborating for recommended products, to brainstorming group sessions where all eyes view the opportunity to ensure insight is provided at all angles.

 

From a high level, it's these intangibles that create a solution that is specific to one's needs:

  • building the relationship and evolving into a partnership
  • treating team members and partners/customers as high priority vs. a checkbox on a list
  • having an open environment where everyone can speak up and provide insight
