Digital signage exec says content can best serve brand awareness and engage customers when it's unique.

IntuiLab head of global marketing and strategy Geoffrey Bessin talked with Digital Signage Today sister site Retail Customer Experience about the importance of integrating the look and feel of a brand with the look and feel of interactive digital signage.
IntuiLab was showcasing its wares at this year's National Retail Federation "Retail's BIG Show" in New York City, and Bessin said potential deployers should be concerned with using signage to enhance their brand identity and increase engagement with customer.
"That can't be cookie cutter," he said. "That needs to be unique; that needs to speak to the brand, and to the customer ... What matters is the experience."
