At this year's New York Customer Engagement Technology World show, "mobile customer relationship management" firm 3Seventy CEO Carrie Chitsey took part in a panel discussion on hybrid mobile/digital out-of-home experiences.
Chitsey spoke to DST Editor Christopher Hall after the panel about some of the highlights of the panel discussion, including an interesting take on the increasingly-popular QR codes.
