EasySignage Joins the “Powered by Raspberry Pi” Programme
EasySignage, the cloud-based digital signage platform, has been officially recognised as a “Powered by Raspberry Pi” certified product, confirming its verified compatibility with Raspberry Pi technology.

EasySignage has announced it has earned official certification as “Powered by Raspberry Pi” from Raspberry Pi Ltd. The certification confirms that EasySignage meets the quality and compatibility standards necessary to carry the “Powered by Raspberry Pi” mark, and it places EasySignage in the official Powered by Raspberry Pi product catalogue under the digital signage category.
The “Powered by Raspberry Pi” programme is awarded to products that use genuine Raspberry Pi technology and have been reviewed and approved by Raspberry Pi Ltd. For businesses, IT managers, and installers, the certification provides added assurance that a product has been formally validated rather than simply self-declared as compatible.
Raspberry Pi has become one of the most widely used hardware choices for digital signage, valued for its low cost, compact size, energy efficiency, and support for 4K content playback. The “Powered by Raspberry Pi” certification gives EasySignage users confidence that the platform and Raspberry Pi hardware are designed to work together reliably.
EasySignage supports Raspberry Pi 5, Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, and Raspberry Pi 3 Model A+. Users can deploy EasySignage on Raspberry Pi in two ways: by flashing a custom Android 15 image built specifically for Raspberry Pi 4 and 5, with EasySignage pre-installed, or by installing the EasySignage player directly on Raspberry Pi OS. Both methods connect to the EasySignage cloud dashboard, allowing users to create, schedule, and manage content across screens from anywhere.
As a cloud-based content management system, EasySignage turns an affordable Raspberry Pi into a fully managed digital signage player. Users can display images, videos, and web content, build playlists, schedule content by time or date, and manage multiple screens across locations from a single dashboard. The platform includes more than 50 built-in apps covering use cases such as digital menu boards, retail promotions, corporate communications, and KPI dashboards.
EasySignage offers a free licence for one screen, allowing new users to test the full platform on a Raspberry Pi before upgrading.
