UniversusDX and Reflect partner to offer digital car dealership makeover

Universus DX and Reflect have entered a strategic partnership to provide autom­­­­­­­obile dealerships digital content and media programs. The two companies plan to offer digital, interactive and integrated solutions for dealerships, according to a press release.

Customers typically interact with a variety of digital and marketing tools when they are shopping for cars online. Dealerships, however, rarely engage with users on a digital level in-store, according to the release.

"This alliance makes it much easier for dealerships to bring a broad range of digital media into their stores, and for automotive manufacturers to incorporate digital content into dealerships to provide a true omnichannel experience," Niel Hiscox, president of UniversusDX, said in the press release. "Our approach to enhancing the in-store customer experience always starts with strategy and measuring business outcomes, and that aligns perfectly with the approach that Reflect takes with their customers."
