Talon acquires PJX Media to boost US OOH market offering

Talon, an independent out of home agency, has acquired OOH specialist PJX Media, marking a significant step in its continued investment in the U.S. market.

Under the deal, PJX will continue to operate under the PJX name, while benefiting from access to Talon's broader programmatic, technology, data and effectiveness capabilities, according to a press release.

"This is an important step for Talon and a strong signal of our continued commitment to the US market. PJX is a highly respected business with a strong team, a great reputation and a very complementary offer. Together, we are creating a stronger platform for clients, partners and future growth," Sue Frogley, global CEO at Talon, said in the release.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Joining Talon marks an exciting new chapter for PJX. We have built our business around agility, service and specialist expertise, and this partnership allows us to build on that with access to broader technology, data and effectiveness capabilities. It is very much business as usual for our clients, with even more opportunity ahead," Rick Robinson, CEO at PJX Media, said in the release.
