According to a news release, the bank, based in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emierates, wanted to make the changes across its branches to improve customer waiting experience through entertainment and products promotions.

Navori got the nod, the company said, because of its reliability and ability to display broadcast quality video. Further, the company’s content management system is available in Arabic and can display all Arabic characters, with support provided through a local subsidiary. And through Navori's QL Payer SDK, the bank added, the player software is connected to a queuing system, which indicates visitors over a screen zone, their waiting time and which desk number has been assigned. The programs display a mix of real-time information along with national and branch-specific content, according to the release.
