Samsung Electronics America has partnered with ScoreVision to deliver sports software into LED displays and mobile devices. Through the partnership, ScoreVision will integrate its platform of scoring, video capture and fan engagement software into Samsung's line of LED displays, according to a press release.
In sporting arenas, the LED displays will show ScoreVision content such as scores, media content, video highlights, sponsor messages, stats and more. Fans can also get this content on ScoreVision's mobile Fan App, according to the release.
"At Samsung, we are dedicated to enhancing the fan experience at every level from high school to the professional level," Brett Unzicker, VP, LEES, Samsung Electronics America, said in the release. "We are thrilled to partner with ScoreVision to bring professional-level technology to a whole new audience and help new fans create memories they won't soon forget."
