Samsung Electronics America has launched a pilot program with Altitude Trampoline Park, a family entertainment destination, to deploy displays across 10 locations.

The displays are powered by Samsung's cloud-native Visual eXperience Transformation content management platform, according to a press release.

Altitude Trampoline Park seeks to replace legacy tools and static signage with a unified digital ecosystem that combines 4K UHD displays, the cloud-native VXT CMS and CieloVision AI monitoring.

Together, the signage and solutions enable franchise owners to showcase fresh branding visuals, maintain consistent communication and enhance safety in real time.

"VXT was built for the scale and speed of today's connected businesses," Heather Gramcko, executive director of solutions and services, Samsung Electronics America, said in the release. "It marks the next evolution in digital display management, giving franchise operators and national brands a smarter, more strategic way to engage audiences and manage their operations. Altitude Trampoline Park is a powerful example of that vision in action, and using VXT to not only unlock new efficiencies, but also to deliver dynamic, engaging experiences across locations."

Front desks, food counters and private party rooms are outfitted with new Samsung 65-inch QBC Series 4K UHD displays. Upon entering the parks, VXT-powered content streamlines check-ins and guides guests through waivers, reducing wait times and creating a smoother start to their visit. In the concessions areas, digital menu boards are replacing static signage and franchise owners can now easily test ads or schedule deals for specific times of the day or for intended crowds, according to a case study on the pilot.

Together, Samsung and CieloVision, an AI-powered monitoring system that uses cameras to analyze trampoline court activity, are integrating technologies to enhance staff response times, improve situational awareness and reinforce Altitude Trampoline Park's commitment to providing a safe, enjoyable environment.

"We look forward to potentially improving response time and efficiencies in our operational protocols," Jessica McDonald, vice president of marketing, Altitude Trampoline Park, said in the release. "What excites us most is how our digital signage ecosystem connects the entire guest journey and helps us deliver the energy, safety and fun that define our brand. We now operate smarter and engage guests more meaningfully to remain at the forefront of family entertainment."
