Philadelphia digital billboards recently featured pet patients from a local veterinary hospital as part of a promotional campaign and contest, according to CBS Philly.

Winners of the "Happy Tails" contest are being showcased on digital billboards around the city, promoting how the hospital helped the sick or injured animals.
