Oklahoma City's Tyler Outdoor Advertising has chosen the Ad Manager comprehensive solution to manage its out-of-home business, according to an announcement from media management software provider Dot2Dot Communications.
Tyler Outdoor is driving business across Oklahoma with a growing number of bulletins and digital boards as well as bus shelters and benches, and the company's search for a software solution to help increase operational efficiencies and streamline data flow led them to the Dot2Dot team and its Ad Manager product, the announcement said.
A full integration with Tyler's existing accounting package allows staff to enter data once and have information propagate throughout the system — a key benefit that results in valuable data-mining, performance reports and saving time on manual entry.
Tyler has also selected Scala as the content management system to manage its digital inventory, citing the rich feature set, critical player stability and extremely tight integration with Ad Manager as the major factors.
"Ad Manager is comprehensive software that will allow Tyler Outdoor to better serve our customers and enhance the ability to manage advertising inventory to maximize our assets," said Kris Glenn, general sales manager for Tyler Outdoor, in the announcement. "Its functionality in billing and leasing will also pay a key role in improving partnerships."
Together with all of the departments at Tyler Outdoor, Dot2Dot staff is conducting onsite training and optimizing data to manage and maintain all inventory. This will allow Tyler to handle proposal generation and client contracts, generate smart digital playlists and static posting instructions, and deliver proof of performance reports and invoices.
"We are proud to have won Tyler Outdoor's business and the opportunity to work with an outdoor company who has been serving our industry since 1965," Dot2Dot GM Andy McRae said.
