Onelan CMS adds support for BrightSign players
Feb. 2, 2017
Onelan, a digital visual communications company, has announced the integration of its CMS 3.0 with BrightSign Series 2 and 3 media players. BrightSign customers can now make use of Onelan's features such as remote content management, according to a press release.
The Onelan CMS is designed to monitor and remotely configure all media players in a network to give customers "central control over content distribution and player health," according to the release. The CMS is designed to be scalable to more than 50,000 players. The CMS is also compatible with legacy and new media players from BrightSign.
The CMS is also designed with a "Store and Forward" content delivery system, which continues to push out content even during a loss of internet connectivity. Customers can also use metadata tagging for localized content.
