SNA Displays and live-events technology integrator Image Engineering have transformed the Las Vegas Raiders' draft room into an immersive video experience.
Located at the Intermountain Health Performance Center, the NFL team now has an upgraded "war room" for evaluating prospects, coordinating draft picks, and collaborating on other football operations, according to a press release.
An ultra-fine-pitch dvLED from SNA Displays features Raiders branding and video and provides real-time analytics and other experiential content. Five 0.9 mm Brilliant Interior video walls, built with MCOB LED video technology, provide a canvas that wraps around long tables in the center of the room.
"When seconds are crucial to making season-defining choices, decision-makers need technology they can count on," Barbara Barry, director of sports and live events at SNA Displays, said in the release. "The Raiders' draft room is a visual powerhouse that not only boasts as the best in the league but gives the team an edge against their competition."
The draft room display measures 6 foot by 8 inches tall and wraps 83 feet around the room (2,160 x 26,880 pixels). It processes 15.2 million pixels.
Image Engineering designed and integrated the video wall with installation supervision from SNA Displays.
