EDMONTON, Alberta — Visionstate, a division of CSM Systems Corp., has announced that it has entered into a national partnership with the Neo Advertising Group for the sale of digital advertising on the company's network of ViCCi products. The partnership enables Visionstate to focus on deploying ViCCi units across Canada while retaining an interest in the digital advertising content sold by Neo Advertising, whose Canadian operations are based in Montreal and Toronto. ViCCi is an interactive technology that uses high definition plasma screens, LCD touch screens and a 3D virtual customer service rep to help consumers locate products, services, and stores in shopping centers. ViCCi is also capable of generating revenue through digital advertising on each unit in the network. "I was immediately fascinated by ViCCi when I first saw it, this is a very efficient combination of a kiosk application and digital advertising" said Benjamin Mathieu, chief executive of Neo Advertising North America. "After Food Court Live, we are adding a new digital medium in our portfolio and continuing our deployment within the shopping centers." ViCCi, which has assisted tens of thousands of customers since first being launched in 2005, is currently installed in three shopping centres in Alberta. Visionstate is now fulfilling orders in Ontario and British Columbia that will expand the ViCCi network even further.
