Atlanta suburb objects to digital billboard (Video)

According to CBSAtlanta.com, some residents in the Georgia city of Brookhaven, just outside Atlanta, are fighting to have a digital billboard in the city removed.

The billboard has been in place for just under a year, and residents complain of it being "an eyesore" and have retained legal counsel to work toward having the billboard taken down.

The company that put up the billboard, Action Outdoor, got a court order allowing for its installation, but an attorney said the court acted outside its jurisdiction.
