Digital creative agency Arsenal Media has formally expanded from its Canadian base to the United States with the appointment of media veteran Art Williams as director of sales and marketing.
Williams has more than 15 years of experience in digital media solutions, marketing and IT with companies such as IBM and Disney. He also owned and operated a digital-out-of-home TV network, working with an array of brands and production firms, and has consulted with several digital signage operators and digital media entities to set up and reinforce strategy, design, deployment and management processes. He will work from a new Arsenal office in Miami and be responsible for the Montreal-based company's business development strategy and strategic partnerships.
Williams' appointment "reinforces our commitment to developing quality digital strategies for our clients and meeting with the increasing demand for new and innovative ways to captivate and engage audiences," Arsenal President and Chief Strategist Denys Lavigne said in a news release.
