Deb Tracy has been a leader in the digital sign industry since 1999, Deb’s career in signs began at Watchfire, where she developed most of the pre-loaded art for Watchfire Ignite software and trained clients on its use. She traveled nationwide, helping sign dealers and their clients maximize the potential of their signs. SIGNPROgrammers has since grown into a digital marketing company, offering custom content, sign programming, social media content, and indoor digital solutions. Partnering with Digital Designers, LLC, Deb expanded into video marketing services.
John Dixon, Vice President of Business Solutions for MicroTouch, brings over 20 years to the touch solutions industry for the point of sale, retail and Pro AV markets. John is passionate about bleeding-edge technology, advocating for customers, and new product development. Prior to joining MicroTouch, John held senior positions at Christie Digital Systems as their Director of Product Management, Planar Systems as their Senior Product Marketing Manager and at Clarity Visual Systems as their Test Engineering Supervisor. John holds a BS degree from Oregon State University.

Matt Vaughn is the Managing Partner and CEO of Signarama Columbia, a role he has held since August 2020. With nearly 20 years of experience in the visual communications industry, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his leadership position. Before taking ownership of Signarama Columbia, Matt worked for two national sign companies in production management, where he honed his skills in large-scale sign manufacturing. He also served as the Director of Grand Format for a large commercial printer, gaining extensive experience in digital print operations.
As SVP Marketing at Creative Realities, Beth Warren serves as the chief architect and keeper of the corporate brand, the value proposition, vertical strategy and sales support, and communications across all B2B communications and channels – representing the company to the industry as well as end-user buying communities. She’s deeply involved in thought leadership and education to help elevate the standard of excellence and elegance in what we create as a community of digital experts. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Digital Signage Federation [2020-present].
Jolene has extensive experience building and launching innovative products and services for both start-ups and large enterprises. She joined Gravy Analytics from Time Warner Cable, where she led digital product management and product marketing. Jolene’s 15-plus years in mobile have included marketing, business development, and product leadership roles at Aol, Sprint and Nextel Communications.
