Video: Digital signage pointers from the new KFC Yum! Center

The Yum! Center IT director talks about the process of planning the facility's digital signage.

After taking DST on a tour of the new KFC Yum! Center arena in downtown Louisville, Ky., Kentucky State Fair Board (KSFB) IT director Alicia Dunlap talked about the process of planning and selecting the facility's digital signage adornments.

The KSFB operates the venue, and Dunlap says she did her fair share of due diligence, checking out other arena and stadium projects around the country and, perhaps even more importantly, talking to other IT directors and project managers who'd previously been in her shoes.

Dunlap also offers a few pointers and some advice for project admins heading up new projects going forward.
