Windstream’s cloud-based suite enables retailers to meet today’s customers’ needs

Connectivity has become a much bigger factor in a retailer’s ability to meet customer needs. In response, Windstream has launched its retail cloud offering, a subscription-based technology and connectivity POS tool as the brick-and-mortar retailers’ role change, said Jeff Neville, Windstream senior vice president and practice led retail.

Today’s customer is highly connected and expects to be able to click and collect, do curbside pickup and have an immersive in-store experience. Same-day-delivery is also becoming a competitive issue. Windstream offers a suite of services from connectivity to unified commerce in the cloud that allow retailers to deliver a quality customer experience.
