The integration allows Rise Vision users to manage their hardware more efficiently, reducing the need for on-site maintenance and ensuring maximum uptime across diverse environments.

- Display Screenshots: Capture screenshots of what is currently playing on a display to verify content and troubleshoot issues remotely.
- Device Identifiers: Access Device Serial Numbers, MAC addresses, and IP addresses for easier tracking and management.
