NoviSign, a global leader in cloud-based digital signage software, today announced NoviSign Studio AI, a new AI-driven way to create, edit, and manage digital signage content.
Built directly into the NoviSign platform, Studio AI replaces the traditional blank-canvas workflow with a conversation. Users describe the screen they need, and Studio AI creates the content, imagery, layout, and visual hierarchy, significantly reducing the time and effort required to produce a complete creative.

From Prompt to Complete Screen
Studio AI works directly inside the familiar NoviSign Studio environment. Users can type a request, speak using the microphone, or attach their own assets, including logos and product images. Powered by OpenAI’s GPT models, Studio AI interprets these instructions and turns them into a complete digital signage creative.
The result remains fully editable. Users can continue refining it through the AI conversation, use NoviSign’s drag-and-drop editor for precise manual control, or switch between the two at any point.
Update Digital Signage Simply by Asking
Studio AI can update existing NoviSign creatives as well as screens generated with AI. When information changes, users can describe the required update instead of locating and editing each affected element manually.
For example, a café manager can ask Studio AI to create a promotion for a new iced coffee and then request a price change or add a product image. Studio AI updates the creative while maintaining a consistent overall design.
Users can also ask Studio AI to simplify a crowded screen, emphasize important information, align a design with their brand, or translate an entire creative for different countries, regions, and audiences.
Built for Real-World Digital Signage
Unlike standalone generative tools, Studio AI is integrated into the cloud-based NoviSign platform, which currently manages more than 70,000 active screens worldwide. Creatives move directly into the same workflow organizations use to preview, save, schedule, publish, and manage content across their screen networks.
