Zinger: Digital signage goes franchise

Zinger Digital Signs recently announced that it has included digital signage showrooms as part of its new franchise operation. The company says it plans to open 25 digital signage showrooms in the next two years.

Each franchise location will include a product showroom for local businesses to demo a wide array of digital signage equipment and software, according to the announcement. The showrooms will also showcase Zinger's affordable content creation packages and offer installation services, providing a complete digital signage solution.

The company said its franchise is the first of its kind, offering all-inclusive digital signage solutions to all types of businesses. The franchise targets many vertical markets including retail, corporate, financial, medical, hospitality, educational and government. Zinger provides a wide range of equipment selection, software, content development and management, training and installations.

As prices on digital signage continue to fall, it has become more affordable for businesses. Zinger is positioning itself as the local digital signage experts.

The showrooms will showcase a variety of signage displays, including free-standing kiosks, digital ePosters, touchscreens, portable displays, menu boards, outdoor signage and stretch screens. Some of the digital signage brands offered by Zinger include NEC, Sharp, ViewSonic, LG, Samsung, SunBriteTV and MSI. The showrooms complement Zinger's online virtual signage showroom at ZingerSigns.com.

"We want to educate businesses on the power of digital signage and showcase solutions which they can actually see and demo," David Bawarsky, founder of Zinger Digital Signs, said in the announcement. Bawarsky points out that by not implementing the right equipment for the application can make a digital signage project a complete disaster and a costly one at that.
