Webinar looks at connecting with people amidst technology shifts

Digital Signage Today and Omnivex Corp. will present a live webinar, "How Shifting Technology Impacts Connecting with People," on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 2 p.m. Eastern.

The free, hourlong webinar will look at how organizations historically have focused their technology investments  around "systems of record," such as ERP, BI and CRM, to handle foundational business requirements. Today, this investment is moving toward "systems of engagement" with customers, employees and partners. These systems help organizations communicate in new and different ways to empower improved decision-making, enhanced customer and employee experience, and ultimately increased profits.

In this interactive webcast, participants will learn about the shift from systems of record to systems of engagement and edge technologies that drive adoption; how end-users can leverage data in their current systems of record to improve decision-making, enhance customer and employee experience, and increase profit; and how to shorten reaction time to adapt to changing conditions within an organization.
