Videotel Digital intros motion detector

Videotel Digital has introduced its Touchless SENSE Motion Detector, which uses a sensor to detect a customer's distance from a display. With this tool, displays can trigger content based on a customer's approach, presence and departure, according to a press release.

The solution can work with Video Digital's VP71XD and VP90 4K HD 4K media players and other media players with some customization, according to the release.

"We are living through a uniquely challenging time for customer-facing businesses and want to offer an easy and affordable remedy, not just to our clients, but to anyone who wants to provide a safe touchless or contactless alternative to continue to engage their customers," Lisa Schneider, EVP of marketing and sales, Videotel Digital, said in the release.
