Verizon Media partners with Place Exchange to expand programmatic DOOH inventory

Verizon Media has partnered with Place Exchange, an OOH supply platform, to deliver its publisher network to its demand-side platform to allow advertisers to access Place Exchange's DOOH media, according to a press release.

With this deal, Verizon Media's DSP will have access to all of the Place Exchange's programmatic DOH inventory in the U.S. and Canada. Place Exchange operates a network of DOOH displays on digital billboards, urban panels, transit shelters and more.

"Having access to Place Exchange's premium supply, alongside existing DOOH inventory from Vistar, Broadsign, VIOOH, Magnite and the Verizon Media SSP, establishes our DSP as the only omnichannel buying platform with full coverage of the U.S. programmatic DOOH market," Iván Markman, chief business officer, Verizon Media, said in the release. "We're excited to take programmatic DOOH to new heights, advancing omnichannel brand experiences across users' screens and beyond, especially as pandemic restrictions ease and OOH engagement opportunities grow."
