Tiles Unlimited, a state-of-the-art tile showroom, design center and warehouse in Queens, New York, has installed Mvix digital signage systems across its new 23,000-square-foot, multilevel showroom and design center, according to an announcement from Mvix.
The retail facility will be equipped with multiple digital signage screens to enhance brand awareness, educate clients and promote specials.
Tiles Unlimited's showroom boasts an extensive inventory of more than 500,000 square feet of in-stock tiles, as well as stone and ceramic mosaic collections and a full line of installation tools and tile care products.
Mvix said a "high attribution toward customer satisfaction and dedication to white glove service" led the retailer to look into digital signage as a means to enhance the in-store customer experience.
"Digital signage allows us to show off tile collections in settings that are not available on the showroom floor, educate our retail and trade clients and promote special offers," Tiles Unlimited Marketing Manager Randy Downs said in the announcement. "Mvix's software is feature-rich, easier to use and has no annual fees. That, coupled with the use of solid-state based Xhibit units and the high levels of pre-sale service we received, made Mvix the obvious choice. Once we received the Mvix units and installed them, they were up and running with content in a few hours."
Mvix's cloud-based software allows users to remotely manage and schedule playback content across multiple screens via use of dozens of media widgets.
"Working with Tiles Unlimited has been fantastic," said A. Jay, senior director of business relations at Mvix. "Their high level of exceptional service is not only directed to their customers, but to their vendors and business partners as well. We are very honored to be part of this relationship."
