Boston's South Station, the city's largest train station and intercity bus terminal, will be deploying two large-format digital signage screens for DOOH advertising on its concourse, according to an announcement from Blue Outdoor.
The 17.7-foot-wide-by-10-feet-high digital out-of-home screens will be available to advertisers beginning in January 2013, to target the station's more than 4 million monthly visitors. The new screens will be manufactured and installed by Daktronics.
"The screens add a new dimension to the best media asset in Boston and the most prolific station domination in the country" said Blue Outdoor CEO Evan Seigerman, in the announcement.
