Tensator to showcase kiosk and virtual assistant at Dubai expo

U.K.-based digital media provider Tensator Group will showcase its Multi-Service Machine at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 12 to October 16, 2014.

U.K.-based digital media provider Tensator Group will showcase its Multi-Service Machine at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 12 to October 16, 2014.

The self-service kiosk is designed to increase sales and brand promotions through repetitive payment transactions on the sale of multiple items, such as SIM cards, vouchers and mobile top-ups, the company said.

The company will also showcase its digital signage solution, the Tensator Virtual Assistant, a projected image of a customer service assistant designed to enhance efficiency and service. Tensator will demonstrate the Virtual Assistant's ability to answer questions and give product information and directions.
