Study: Digital signage market to hit $13.2B by 2016

A new study from global market research and consulting company MarketsandMarkets suggests that the digital signage market will be worth $13.2 billion by 2016, according to an announcement from MarketsandMarkets.

The digital signage report covers the market on the basis of components, applications, display technology and geography, the company said.

Falling display prices and increasing applications of digital out-of-home have increased the scope of the overall market, the company said.
