Specialty Cinema to distribute Signbox digital signage

The Specialty Cinema division of the Specialty Group Pty Ltd is now exclusive distributor for Signbox Microsystems Pte Ltd (Signbox) in Australia and New Zealand, according to a company press release.

A digital signage solutions provider in Asia with a substantial focus on the cinema and entertainment industries, Signbox counts Golden Village, Cathay, Shaw, Reel, Ayala and various major cinema chains among its international customer base.

Signbox digital signage systems drive e-posters, candy bar menus and session time displays from a central, Web-based management console. Featuring an infinite expansion capacity, the digital signage systems have adapted to changing cinema environments in Asia over many years, according to the release.

Signbox's signCine module allows Signbox digital signage systems to integrate seamlessly with existing ticketing/ management systems to provide patrons with real-time session information such as session times and ticket availability. The signCine module can connect seamlessly to all major venue management software systems.

The flexibility of Signbox digital signage solutions allows them to manage and control numerous LCD panels in foyer signage as well as specialized signage such as LED light boxes.
