Signet features new Eyesync platform as digital signage-audio solution at DSE15

Platform designed to deliver immersive experiences when integrated into environments that feature multiple viewing experiences, company says.

Signet, a provider of enterprise digital media solutions, is showcasing its new Eyesync platform at this year’s Digital SIgnage Expo in Las Vegas this week.

Eyesync is designed to deliver an immersive experience when integrated into environments that feature multiple viewing experiences, the company said. Some of Eyesync’s key features will be demoed and displayed at DSE to showcase how the platform synchronizes targeted audio for many different display environments, such as sports bars, gyms, hotels, airports and anywhere else with digital signage displays.

"For multidisplay environments it has been a challenge to keep the audio directed to a listener,” said Bryan Nunes, VP of media solutions at Signet, in the announcement. “Our Eyesync platform delivers a solution that can scale across mobile devices, engaging and empowering listeners in the palm of their hand."

Eyesync integrates into existing display network infrastructure to enable connectivity with the proprietary Eyesync mobile application framework. That platform delivers synchronized audio to the associated displays or media walls for an enhanced experience. Users simply download the app, connect to the network’s designated Wi-Fi, and select the audio stream from the network's available channels. The solution is designed to work in nearly any type of media driven environment, the company said.

“In the past there wasn’t a digital solution that empowers a customer's mobile device to receive the audio of a nearby display," Nunes said. "With Eyesync, there is finally a platform that brings a whole new dimension to the experience."

Eyesync integration can deliver a specific message to be heard without external distractions, the company said, and can enhance customer trust and goodwill by delivering helpful supplementary information. In addition, built-in analytics provide metrics to help administrators determine audience preferences and overall flow of the business.

The Eyesync app is available to download now on iTunes and the Google Play store.
