RMG Networks, a provider of digital out-of-home media and technology, announced today that it has been named "Network Operator Of The Year" by the Digital Screenmedia Association, an independent, not-for-profit trade association that advances the global digital signage, interactive kiosk and mobile community through advocacy, education and networking. The award was announced at DSA's Industry Excellence Awards, which annually recognize the best digital signage, mobile, self-service and interactive kiosk technology projects in the industry.
"When we selected RMG Networks as 'Network Operator Of The Year,' we took into account the huge impact the company has had on the digital signage industry," DSA Executive Director David Drain said. "RMG's airline and mall media networks are models of effectiveness for what digital-out-of-home can be. They deliver great content to valuable captive audiences every day and do a fantastic job of showing the value of these audiences to marketers. As it moves forward with its aggressive plans for growth, RMG is a model for the present and future of digital signage as an industry."
RMG Networks CEO Garry McGuire said his company was "honored and grateful to the DSA" for the award.
"The award from the DSA is validation of our team's efforts to deliver place-based technology and content that reaches captive audiences where they are most receptive," he said. "As we expand through organic growth and acquisition, we will continue to prioritize development of new methods and venues for connecting engaged viewers with marketing messages."
