Perch to embed mixed reality marketing into displays through partner program, CMS
Perch, an interactive retail marketing company, has a new open partner platform that lets retailers embed "next generation" digital marketing into displays. The platform enables collaboration among content development, retail fabrication and app design, according to a press release.
Perch has also launched its cloud-based CMS to simplify the creation, integration and management of content. The CMS can trigger content based on customer interaction with physical products.
"The Perch CMS allows graphic designers to create rich, immersive, touchscreen experiences without any web code for the ability to deploy them with a push of a button to hundreds or thousands of interactive displays," Trevor Sumner, Perch CEO, said in the release. "It's an advanced platform that radically lowers the effort and time to market for brands and is ushering a sea change in retail as the industry moves from static physical stores to interactive, media-rich, digital stores."
