Karen Kelley, SVP and chief restaurant operations officer of Panera Bread, will share how the restaurant has used customer experience technology such as interactive kiosks at the Fast Casual Executive Summit held in Austin, Texas from Oct. 13 to 15. Kelley will also discuss how other restaurants can implement strategies with technology, talent and ingredients, according to a press release during her session entitled, "Why companies that innovate on people and talent will win."
During the presentation, Kelley will offer key strategies into how to use technology, talent and ingredients to lure in both customers and high-quality employees.
Kelley first joined Panera in December 2018 and she has more than 30 years of management experience, most recently having served as president and COO of Tatte Bakery & Café.
