New Vancouver signage gives Pattison 150 digital billboards in Canada

April 4, 2013

With three new three "digital spectaculars" in Vancouver, the Canadian digital-out-of-home advertising company Pattison Outdoor now has 150 digital billboards across Canada, the company announced recently.

The first key spectacular, located adjacent to the Port Mann Bridge on the north side of the Trans-Canada Highway, provides an average daily viewing of 73,000 vehicles per day, according to a news release. The other two spectaculars, known as the BC Place Spectaculars, are located on key downtown arteries. The south-facing board is adjacent to the Cambie Street Bridge, while the north-facing board is adjacent to the Georgia St. Viaduct. Pattison said the two locations collectively reach more than 56,000 vehicles per day.

"We are very excited to add locations with such enormous reach to our inventory of digital spectaculars and to offer our clients the opportunity to advertise on some of BC's busiest high-traffic arteries," said Rob Hunt, vice president and general manager of Pattison's Western Region, in the release. "The Port Mann Bridge is a key link between some of BC's largest cities, so it's easy to see why this location was chosen and already is our most popular location."
