NDS digital signage suite integrated with Quividi audience measurement platform

Netherlands-based Net Display Systems has announced that the latest update of the company's out-of-the-box PADS4 digital signage software includes the Quividi Automated Audience Measurement data provider.

Netherlands-based Net Display Systems has announced that the latest update of the company's out-of-the-box PADS4 digital signage software includes the Quividi Automated Audience Measurement data provider.

This update empowers PADS4 users to connect with the most deployed platform for audience measurement into their current signage network, according to NDS.

"We are thrilled to have enriched our PADS4 software with the integration of Quividi's audience measurement software," NDS CEO Willie-Jan Bons said in the announcement. "This partnership enables us to offer our customers an effective solution for displaying relevant content based on accurate audience data such as age, gender, attention time and distance."

By adding the Quividi data connector to the PADS4 digital signage software, NDS said it provides a retail solution to display relevant content that instantly adapts to the in-store audience, helping store owners influence purchase decision making and enhance shopper engagement.

“The key feature of the PADS-Quividi integration resides in the possibility to trigger tailor-made content for a specific audience in front of your displays, in real-time," Oliver Duizabo, co-founder and CEO at Quividi, said in the announcement. “It is, to date, one of the most complete integration systems on the market, as it leverages the whole range of real-time data generated by Quividi. For instance, you could get PADS to react to an adult women approaching the screen and being around for more than 5 seconds.”

The solution also takes into account user privacy concerns, never recording any image nor any personal data, the announcement said.
