NanoLumens files patent infringement lawsuit against LED manufacturers

NanoLumens has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against LED manufacturers Pixeflex, Infiled, Detailed and Gable Company. The company is suing these manufacturers over unspecified damages from the company's use of four U.S. patents, according to a press release.

The four patents are: Ubiquitously Mountable Image Display Systems; Flexible Display; and Flexible Display Apparatus and Methods. Rick Cope, CEO of NanoLumens, claims that his company tried to resolve these issues with these manufacturers, but to no avail.

"These four companies are benefitting from the use of NanoLumens' proprietary technology that we have invested considerable time and resources in developing," Cope said. "Our intellectual property is the core of our company’s uniqueness, and we will vigorously protect it."
