Mvix has launched a custom Rideshare app to display Uber and Lyft onto digital signage displays. The app uses the customer's address to display the estimated time for arrival, type of service and size options for vehicles and fare information, according to a press release.
This tool allows customers to see what type of rides are available, which they can then contact directly with their phones. Mvix designed this app specifically for hotels, offices, apartment buildings and other transit centers, according to the release.
"Our goal is to develop tools that enhance on-site digital experiences," Mike Kilian, senior director of business development at Mvix, said in the release. "With this new app, our clients are empowered to elevate the experiences they offer and go a step further by providing useful transit information to their customers. This creates more opportunities for positive brand engagement."
