Medical City Heart Hospital in Dallas, recently deployed the Ouva Voice Assisant solution to provide voice-activated wayfinding and help from LED displays. With the solution, patients can ask questions, such as how to check in or where offices or services are located, according to a press release.
Ouva provides 3D maps to show visitors how to locate their destinations. It also uses visual representations and landmarks for more accurate directions.
In addition to interactive content, Ouva can provide COVID-19 information and metrics on what patients commonly ask for with the displays, according to the release.
