MediaSignage Inc.has released its latest enterprise digital signage software solution, mediaCLOUD 4.32, the company announced. The latest release of the company's software includes a new feature that allows for the migration of account content and configuration across businesses. This means that users can now copy and paste anything from within a single SignageStudio account to another SignageStudio account, even if the accounts are completely different. The copy/paste feature allows for content resources, timelines, channels and campaigns to be transitioned between accounts "easily and simply," the company said.
In addition, mediaCLOUD 4.32 allows users to import existing templates on the server into the account of their choice. This includes stock footage prepared by MediaSignage or shared by users within the MediaSignage ecosystem. Enterprise users can share resources and scene configurations only with their own network, but the shared resources means that content creation redundancy for designers is nearly eliminated, saving users valuable time.
MediaSignage has included thousands of new vector-based graphics, scenes and timelines for use with the new mediaCLOUD release. The company's developers have also re-engineered the shared asset library on Amazon Web Services to include faster access and multi-import options. Current users looking to gain access to shared resources within the SignageStudio can log into their account and use the "Library" button located in the "File" menu. From there, users can access globally available themes, templates and resources.
As part of the new release, the company said it has also added dozens of new StudioLite templates and is continuing to add more content every week, helping users to create digital graphics without in-depth knowledge or graphic design expertise. "We're simply looking for the best ways to provide the easiest user experience to both enterprise and SME users alike," MediaSignage CEO Sean Levy said in the announcement. "Users can now build fantastic presentations, including weather and other custom components and share within their account, eliminating the need to perform duplicate tasks when creating digital signage content. It's game-changing for time-management when creating the best possible content for digital signs and digital menus."
