Marketing company upgrades queuing system with digital signage

Nu Skin, a multilevel marketing company based in Bangkok, recently teamed up with Cayin Technology Co. to deploy digital signage for digital queuing. Cayin transferred Nu Skin's queuing data to digital signage players, using HTML, according to a press release.

The company deployed the digital signage in the waiting area and at the entrances of the customer center to provide information and entertainment. Customers can see where their current position in line is, while they also watch videos, announcements and other content.

The overall goal of the digital signage is to reduce the perceived wait time for visitors, since Nu Skin's Bangkok office deals with a large amount of customers daily, according to the release.
