Live feeds enhance the bank branch experience

A credit union enhances customer experience with live feeds and informative content on its in-store digital signage network.

Since first opening its doors back in 1976, the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) has consistency strived to offer the highest level of customer service to its ever-expanding member base, which today exceeds 68,000 customers. PSFCU contracted ADFLOW Networks to integrate digital signage networks into its store environments in lieu of static signage.

The digital signage initiative had to serve multiple purposes. Ultimately, the main objective was to improve upon the in-branch customer experience. Another key component was to inform customers on the many products and services that PSFCU provides.
